Renovations

  • Bathroom renovations from start to finish:
  • Design of bathroom
  • Taking clients to sanitaryware and tileware suppliers to help choose the right product for the design
  • Stripping out old sanitaryware, removing the rubble, and then installing the new sanitaryware
  • We work with a team of artisans to do all the plastering and skimming of walls, tiling work, and painting
  • Replacement of leaking shower bases including new shower trap, screeding base to correct gradient, water-proofing and re-tiling
  • Kitchen re-modelling:
  • Putting clients in touch with kitchen manufacturers.
  • Removal of old water points and installation of new water points.

Maintenance – R835 per hour – no additional call-out fee charged

Unblocking sewer drains –  R835 per hour

Burst geysers – dependent on size of geyser and extra materials where required

Average total costs for geyser sizes:

  • 100l geyser from R8 000 to R10 500
  • 150l geyser from R8 500 to R11 000
  • 200l geyser from R12 000 to R18 000
  • 250l geyser from R15 000 to R21 000
